Harding先生1971年畢業(yè)于智利圣地亞哥大學(xué)工程學(xué)專業(yè)，曾任職于智利農(nóng)業(yè)部。1974年，他成為法國交通部經(jīng)濟(jì)財(cái)政局一員。他在德國比勒費(fèi)爾德大學(xué)獲得了經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士學(xué)位，并于1977年專門從事市場(chǎng)研究，先后加入COREF和CEGOS。1978年底，他加入Novaction，擔(dān)任技術(shù)總監(jiān)，負(fù)責(zé)歐洲和美國事務(wù)，為該公司的全球發(fā)展做出積極貢獻(xiàn)。
1991年，Carlos Harding先生加入益普索（Ipsos），擔(dān)任國際經(jīng)理，負(fù)責(zé)發(fā)展壯大公司的國際網(wǎng)絡(luò)。1993年，負(fù)責(zé)益普索（Ipsos）的企業(yè)發(fā)展。1998年，擔(dān)任益普索（Ipsos）拉丁美洲董事長，成為益普索（Ipsos）管理委員會(huì)一員。

Ipsos announces the death of Carlos Harding,

Paris, 13 December 2016 – It is with a deep sadness that we announce the death of Carlos Harding, Ipsos Deputy CEO, LT Participations Board Member and Ipsos Partners Shareholders, on Friday 9 December 2016 in Paris.
An Engineering graduate of the University of Santiago in Chile (1971), he worked in the Ministry of Agriculture of Chile. In 1974, he joined the Economic and Financial Bureau of the French Ministry of Transport. He gained a PhD in Economics from Bielefeld University, Germany and in 1977 specialised in market research, first joining COREF and later CEGOS. By the end of 1978 he had joined Novaction and actively contributed to the company’s global development, in his position of Technical Director, in charge of Europe and America.
He joined Ipsos in 1991, as international manager, in charge of developing and strengthening the company’s international network. In 1993 he was given responsibility for Ipsos’ corporate development. He became Chairman Ipsos in Latin America in 1998. Carlos was a member of the Ipsos Management Board.
