中國(guó)信息協(xié)會(huì)市場(chǎng)研究業(yè)分會(huì)管理辦法
第一條 中國(guó)信息協(xié)會(huì)市場(chǎng)研究業(yè)分會(huì)是中國(guó)信息協(xié)會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的分支機(jī)構(gòu),遵守中國(guó)信息協(xié)會(huì)章程及有關(guān)規(guī)定。市場(chǎng)研究業(yè)分會(huì)的英文譯名是CAI Marketing Research Association。
第二條 市場(chǎng)研究業(yè)分會(huì)的會(huì)員是由從事市場(chǎng)信息與研究工作的經(jīng)營(yíng)性企業(yè)、研究機(jī)構(gòu)、大專院校、相關(guān)聯(lián)的企業(yè)及專業(yè)人士自愿組成,屬于中國(guó)信息協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員,會(huì)費(fèi)收入屬于中國(guó)信息協(xié)會(huì)。
第三條 市場(chǎng)研究業(yè)分會(huì)的宗旨是:為社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)服務(wù),加強(qiáng)與國(guó)家有關(guān)部門的溝通,促進(jìn)行業(yè)內(nèi)外的交流,加強(qiáng)行業(yè)自律,為會(huì)員提供服務(wù)。市場(chǎng)研究分會(huì)遵守國(guó)家憲法、法律、法規(guī)以及相關(guān)的政策條例,維護(hù)國(guó)家利益,不泄露國(guó)家機(jī)密和企業(yè)商業(yè)秘密。
第四條 研究市場(chǎng)研究業(yè)的發(fā)展策略,引導(dǎo)協(xié)調(diào)全行業(yè)領(lǐng)域健康有序地發(fā)展;推動(dòng)會(huì)員以及社會(huì)力量的共同作用,加快發(fā)揮市場(chǎng)研究對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的積極作用。
第五條 組織制訂市場(chǎng)研究行業(yè)的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、行業(yè)規(guī)范、服務(wù)準(zhǔn)則等;加強(qiáng)行業(yè)自律,鼓勵(lì)市場(chǎng)研究業(yè)公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。
第六條 積極宣傳市場(chǎng)信息及研究的概念、方法和技術(shù)等,推動(dòng)市場(chǎng)研究技術(shù)的普及和應(yīng)用;熱情地開(kāi)展為會(huì)員服務(wù)的各類技術(shù)培訓(xùn)和學(xué)術(shù)交流活動(dòng)。
第七條 針對(duì)國(guó)有企業(yè)在深化改革過(guò)程中遇到的與市場(chǎng)研究有關(guān)的問(wèn)題,組織專題研究,加強(qiáng)專門服務(wù),促進(jìn)國(guó)有企業(yè)實(shí)行科學(xué)決策制度。
第八條 促進(jìn)會(huì)員之間的溝通與協(xié)作,努力使網(wǎng)絡(luò)、執(zhí)行、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)、研究方法等多方面的資源得到深層次開(kāi)發(fā)及利用。
第九條 加強(qiáng)與國(guó)際同行間的聯(lián)系與交流,引進(jìn)吸收先進(jìn)的觀念、管理、技術(shù)、裝備和經(jīng)驗(yàn)等。
第十條 本管理辦法經(jīng)市場(chǎng)研究業(yè)分會(huì)會(huì)員大會(huì)通過(guò)生效,由市場(chǎng)研究分業(yè)會(huì)秘書(shū)處負(fù)責(zé)解釋。
Management Memorandum for CAI Marketing Research Association
Article 1
CAI Marketing Research Association is a branch institution directly under China Information Association subject to the memorandum and relevant regulations of China Information Association. The English translation of its name is CAI Marketing Research Association.
Article 2
Members of CAI Marketing Research Association are operational enterprises, research institutions, colleges and universities, relevant enterprises and professionals engaged in marketing information and research, who are also members of and whose membership fees are collectible by China Association of Information.
Article 3
The tenet of CAI Marketing Research Association is: to serve socialist market economy, to promote communication with relevant governmental departments, to facilitate communication within and outside the industry,to strengthen industrial self-discipline and to provide service to members.CAI Marketing Research Association shall abide by national constitution,laws, regulations and relevant policies and safeguard national interest and shall never divulge state secrets and trade secrets of enterprises.
Article 4
CAI Marketing Research Association studies development strategies for the marketing research industry, directs and coordinates healthy and orderly development of the whole industry, promotes joint endeavor of members and social forces and accelerates positive effects made by marketing research to economy and social development.
Article 5
CAI Marketing Research Association organizes establishment of technical standards, industrial specifications, service principles, etc. for the marketing research industry, strengthens industrial self-discipline and encourages fair play in the marketing research industry.
Article 6
CAI Marketing Research Association actively promotes marking information and concepts, methods and technologies for research, facilitates popularization and application of marketing research technologies and warmly carries out various kinds of technical training and academic exchange activities to serve the members.
Article 7
CAI Marketing Research Association addresses issues related to marketing research during the deepening of reform of state-owned enterprises by organizing thematic research and strengthening special services in order to promote the state-owned enterprises to carry out a scientific decision-making system.
Article 8
CAI Marketing Research Association promotes communication and cooperation between members and endeavors to apply deeper development and utilization to multiple resources in network, implementation, basic data, research methods, etc.
Article 9
CAI Marketing Research Association promotes contact and communication with fellow traders in the world and introduces advanced concepts, management, technologies, equipment, experience, etc.
Article 10
This management memorandum goes into effect subject to approval from members’ general meeting of CAI Marketing Research Association and Secretariat of CAI Marketing Research Association is responsible for its construction.
